ChairHoldTerms of Use

These terms govern your use of ChairHold, provided by Equestro Labs LLC. By using the app or chairholdapp.com you agree to them.
The service
ChairHold lets a shop take a prepaid deposit at booking so a chair is held. Clients book on a public page without an account. You are responsible for your hours, prices, deposit percent, cancel window, and no-show policy, and for how you treat clients and refunds under the law where you work.
Two kinds of money
- Shop subscription. Unlocking ChairHold is digital software billed as an auto-renewing in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play (RevenueCat). Manage or cancel in Apple Settings → Subscriptions or Google Play. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Haircut deposits. Money for a real-world appointment. Processed by Stripe to your connected account. ChairHold does not take a percentage of the haircut. Stripe’s processing fee still applies. You are the merchant for that deposit.
Account
Barbers must provide an accurate email and keep sign-in secure. Do not share an account. We may suspend shops that abuse payments, the booking page, or the law.
Clients
By paying a deposit you agree to that shop’s posted policy, including the cancel window. The deposit is charged toward that appointment, not a general gift card, unless the shop applies it when you arrive.
Your content
You keep ownership of shop names, logos, and policies you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and display them so booking and the app work.
