Live demo — no card charged. Book Mike’s Cuts the way a client does. Stack a fade and a beard on one hold.

For barbers, not a marketplace

The deposit settles. The chair holds.

A client texts, then ghosts. ChairHold takes a prepaid deposit at booking so Friday night is not an empty chair. They pay to hold it. You keep the hold if they no-show. Not another Booksy.

How a booking works

They pick a time. The deposit holds it.

Client

No account. No app.

They open your link, pick a service and an open chair, and pay the deposit in the browser. Charged now toward that appointment — not a gift card.

You

Today is the book.

Prepaid appointments show on Today. Mark show or no-show. Keep the deposit or apply it to the cut.

Money

Your Stripe. Your chair.

Deposits go to the shop through Stripe Connect. ChairHold does not take a percentage of the haircut. Card processing is Stripe’s fee, not ours.

Why barbers leave marketplaces

Your clients stay yours.

Booksy and Fresha put you next to the shop down the street and take a cut of new clients. ChairHold is a shop tool: your link, your policy, your deposit.

FAQ

Short answers before you download.

What is ChairHold?

A prepaid deposit booking app for barbers. The client pays to hold the chair. You keep the deposit if they no-show after your cancel window. Not a marketplace.

Do my clients need an app?

No. They use your booking link or the QR at the chair. Pick one or more services — a fade, a beard, or both — then a time, pay the deposit, done. No account.

Does ChairHold take a cut of the haircut?

No. The shop fee is a monthly subscription through Apple or Google. Deposits go to your Stripe account. We do not take a percentage of the cut. Stripe’s card fee still applies.

How do I get started?

Set hours, add the menu and hold percent, connect Settings → Payments, share the QR. Full walkthrough.

What happens on a no-show?

Mark no-show on Today. After the cancel window you set, keep the deposit. If they show, apply it to the haircut.
