Privacy Policy

ChairHold is operated by Equestro Labs LLC (“we”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the ChairHold iOS and Android apps and chairholdapp.com.

What we collect

• Account (barbers). Email, display name, and sign-in identifiers from Apple, Google, or email/password.
• Shop data. Shop name, slug, hours, services, deposit rules, policy text, and optional logo.
• Bookings. Service, time, deposit amount, and the client details they type to hold a chair (typically name and contact you need to run the appointment).
• Payments. Shop subscriptions are processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. Haircut deposits are processed by Stripe Connect to your account. We do not store full card numbers.
• Diagnostics. Crash logs via Firebase Crashlytics and, when configured, Sentry.
• Usage analytics. Events via Firebase Analytics when enabled.
• Push tokens. If you allow notifications, a device token for booking alerts.

How we use it

To run your shop book, take deposits, show Today’s chairs, send optional notifications you turn on, fix crashes, and understand which screens barbers use. We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell your client list to other shops.

Sharing

We share data with processors who help run the app: Firebase (Google); Stripe for deposits and Connect onboarding; RevenueCat and Apple/Google for the shop subscription. Clients see the shop name, hours, services, and policy you publish on the public booking page.

Retention and deletion

Barbers: delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete Account, or email natalie@equestrolabs.com. We erase Firestore shop and account data we control within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, fraud, payouts, or law (including Stripe payout history).

Children

ChairHold is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
